You may use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use our Services:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation
• To transmit any material that is defamatory, obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, harassing, violent, hateful, or inflammatory
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Lenny's Car Wash, an employee, or another user
• To engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Services
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of our Services

Wash Services & Vehicle Condition

By bringing your vehicle to Lenny's Car Wash, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• You are the owner of the vehicle or have the owner's express permission to use our services
• Your vehicle is in safe operating condition and free from loose parts, damage, or hazards that could affect the wash process
• You will remove all personal items, valuables, and loose objects from the interior and exterior before using our services
• You understand that pre-existing damage, loose trim, aftermarket accessories, or non-factory components may be affected during washing or detailing
• We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing vehicle conditions, loose parts, or items left inside the vehicle

Memberships & Subscriptions

Our Unlimited Wash Club and other membership plans are subject to the following terms:

• Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis to the payment method on file
• You may pause or cancel your membership at any time through the Manage Membership portal or by contacting us
• Membership benefits are non-transferable and valid only for the registered vehicle
• We reserve the right to modify membership pricing, benefits, or terms with reasonable notice
• Abuse of membership privileges, including commercial use of a personal plan, may result in cancellation without refund

Payments & Refunds

All prices displayed on our website and at our facility are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your purchase
• Gift cards and wash books are non-refundable but never expire and can be used for any eligible service
• Refunds for unused portions of memberships or packages are issued at our sole discretion
• If you are dissatisfied with a wash or detail service, you must notify us before leaving the premises to receive a complimentary re-service

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lenny's Car Wash or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any of our content without prior written permission.

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
