We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For Super Cleans, Waxes, and Details, we recommend arriving before 4:30 PM to allow enough time for completion.

No appointment is needed for our automatic or hand wash services — just pull up and we'll get you in. For full interior and exterior detailing services, we do recommend calling ahead or booking online to reserve your preferred time slot.

Yes. We have a dedicated Large Vehicle Wash bay designed for trucks, SUVs, vans, and oversized vehicles. Our equipment and staff are trained to handle larger frames safely and thoroughly.

Our automatic wash uses soft-touch equipment to quickly and safely clean your vehicle's exterior in just a few minutes. Our hand wash is performed by trained technicians who personally clean every surface, wheel, and window for a more meticulous finish. Hand washes are ideal if you want extra attention to detail or have a delicate finish.

Full detailing includes both interior and exterior services. Exterior detailing covers hand washing, clay bar treatment, wax or sealant application, wheel and tire cleaning, and paint correction if needed. Interior detailing includes vacuuming, shampooing carpets and upholstery, leather conditioning, dashboard cleaning, and window cleaning inside and out.

An automatic exterior wash takes about 5–8 minutes. A hand wash typically takes 20–30 minutes depending on vehicle size and condition. Full interior and exterior detailing ranges from 2 to 4 hours. We'll give you a more precise time estimate when you arrive.

Yes. Our automatic wash system uses soft-touch materials and pH-balanced soaps that are safe for ceramic coatings, vinyl wraps, and clear bras. If you prefer even more control, our hand wash service lets technicians adjust pressure and products specifically for your finish.

Our Unlimited Wash Club lets you wash your vehicle as often as you like for one flat monthly fee. Simply sign up on our Memberships page, and your plan will be linked to your vehicle's license plate or a FlexWash account. Every time you visit, the gate opens automatically — no need to pull out your wallet.

Each Unlimited membership is linked to a single vehicle. If you have multiple cars in your household, you can purchase separate memberships for each one. We occasionally run multi-vehicle promotions — check our Memberships page for current offers.

You can manage your membership anytime through our Manage Membership portal. Log in with the email and phone number you used to sign up, then follow the prompts to pause, update your payment method, or cancel. You can also call us at (561) 774-2841 and we'll help you over the phone.

If your payment fails, you'll receive an email and text notification with a link to update your billing information. You have a 7-day grace period to resolve the issue before your membership is temporarily suspended. Update your card through the Manage Membership portal to reactivate instantly.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash. Memberships are billed automatically to the card on file. Online purchases through our Buy Online page are processed securely through our payment partner.

Yes. You can purchase single-wash gift cards and multi-wash books directly from our Buy Online page. Gift cards are delivered by email and can be printed or forwarded to the recipient. They never expire and can be used for any wash or detail service.

Absolutely. If you're not happy with your wash or detail, let us know before you leave the lot and we'll rewash or redo the service at no charge. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
